Find a sack, shopping bag or pillow case you are able to fit inside.

Hold the top of the sack, keep your feet together and jump.

The first person to the finish line is the winner.

Egg and Spoon Race

Mark a start and finish line.

Find a spoon and a hard boiled egg, large stone or ping-pong ball.

Hold the spoon in one hand with your thumb on top. Put the arm you are not using behind your back.

Remember to keep looking where you are going and then down at your spoon as you race.

If you drop your egg, pick it up and carry on.

The first person to the finish line is the winner.

The Three-Legged Race

Mark a start and finish line.

Find a scarf or something soft to tie your leg to another member of your households,

Wrap your arms around each others waists to help with balance and practise walking in time with each other.

Once you have got the hang of it, race other family members or time how quickly you can travel from start to finish.
