  We have now been informed by the London Borough of Havering that they have taken the decision to proceed to the next stage of the amalgamation process for Squirrels Heath Infant School and Squirrels Heath Junior School, which is the publication of the Statutory Notice. P

  The pre consultation amalgamation meeting for parents took place last week on Monday 10th March with approximately 15 parents attending from across both schools. The meeting presentation and documents can be found in the All About Us tab. 

• Proposal to amalgamate Squirrels Heath Infant and Junior schools

  Dear Parents and Carers,

  As shared in November, Mrs White will be retiring from her post as Head Teacher from September 2025. In light of this news, the London Borough of Havering is consulting on a proposal to amalgamate Squirrels Heath Infant School and Squirrels Heath Junior School into a single Primary School from 1 September 2025.

  A meeting has been arranged for parents/carers of both schools to discuss the proposals with representatives of the school's Governing Bodies and Havering Council officers on Monday 10th March from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. The meeting will take place in the Junior school. This will be an opportunity to seek any further clarifications on the proposal.

• New Reception Parents Timeline for September

  A reminder that you will have been invited to come into school for a visit with your child on one of the following days:

  Full-time attendance will commence Thursday 12th September 8.35am - 3.05pm.
